Hand of Shagraas. The orc deals 2 extra dice of damage when it hits a target with a weapon attack (included in its attacks).
Shargaas' Sight. Magical darkness doesn’t impede the orc’s darkvision.
Slayer. In the first round of a combat, the orc has advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn’t taken a turn yet. If the orc hits a creature that was surprised, the hit is automatically a critical hit.
- Multiattack. The orc makes three scimitar attacks.
- Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) slashing damage. In addition, the target has disadvantage on the next saving throw it makes against a spell the orc casts before the end of the orc’s next turn.
- Hand Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 30/120 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way. The target regains consciousness if it takes damage or if another creature takes an action to shake it.
- Spellcasting. The orc is a 11th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 19 and +11 to hit with spell attacks). It can cast the following spells:
- At will: mage hand, message, mage armor, ray of frost
- 4/day each: shield, misty step, darkness
- 1/day each: circle of death, dominate person, slow
Bonus Actions
- Aggressive. As a bonus action the orc can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature it can see
- Shroud of Night (2/day). Thanks to a blessing from Shargaas, the nightblade can disappear from sight. The nightblade becomes Invisible for 1 minute. The orc must maintain concentration as if concentrating on a spell.
