Actions

  • Multiattack. The orc makes two claw attacks, or four claw attacks if it has fewer than half of its hit points remaining.
  • Sacred Claw. Melee or Ranged Attack. +11 to hit, reach 5 ft. or 30 ft., one target. Hit: 3d8 + 5 slashing damage.
  • Summon Servant (1/Day). The orc magically summons a tanarukk. The summoned creature appears in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of its summoner, acts as an ally of its summoner, and can’t summon other demons. It remains for 10 minutes, until it or its summoner dies, or until its summoner dismisses it as an action.
  • Spellcasting. The orc is a 20th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 19 and +11 to hit with spell attacks). The orc has the following cleric spells prepared:
    • At will: guidance, mending, thaumaturgy
    • 4/day each: bane, command (level 3), guiding bolt (level 2)
    • 2/day each: hold person, spiritual guardian, blade barrier
    • 1/day each: heal, earthquake, gate
Bonus Actions

  • Word of Power. The cleric calls out a prayer to her goddess for the survival of her brood. Every creature of her choice within 20 ft. regains 2d4+5 hitpoints. Enemies in the area must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 19) or take 2d4+5 necrotic damage.
  • Aggressive. As a bonus action, the orc can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.
