Actions
- Multiattack. The paladin makes three longsword attacks. It can also use Gruumsh's Command if it is available
- Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) slashing damage, or 10 (1d10 + 5) slashing damage if used with two hands, plus 18 (4d8) necrotic damage.
- Hellfire Orb (Recharge 4-6). The paladin hurls a magical ball of fire that explodes at a point it can see within 120 feet of it. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw. The sphere spreads around corners. A creature takes 35 (10d6) fire damage and 35 (10d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
- Lay on Hands (1/day). The paladin can take an action to touch a creature within 5 feet and bestow it 95 hit points.
- Gruumsh's Command (Recharge 4–6). Up to three allied orcs within 120 feet of this orc that can hear it can use their reactions to each make one weapon attack.
- Spellcasting. The paladin is a 19th-level spellcaster. Their spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). It can cast the following spells:
- 2/day each: dispel magic, revivify, command (level 2), find steed
- 1/day each: banishment, staggering smite, destructive wave (necrotic)
Bonus Actions
- Aggressive. The orc can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.
Reactions
- Parry. The orc paladin adds 6 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the orc must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
